Back around 1965 we started providing our services for many desert residents which mainly focused on interior design and very little renovation in the early years. With an abundance of land and new projects there wasn’t a lot of remodeling going on at that time.

Today with the valley’s prime locations being built out and values increasing it makes economic sense to renovate.

Some great communities from the 70’s and 80’s are now being rediscovered and many homes built in the 90’s are starting to show their age.

We have renovated many homes within these communities.

Our involvement in the construction process begins not after the plans are done but at our very first meeting at your home. We look at all of the construction possibilities and constraints which will provide great information for the design phase and costs.

We along with our team of subcontractors evaluate the entire home including the things you don’t see. What you don’t see is also what you get.

We notice everything. Even things you may not. It has to be right.


Often times Realtors and/or clients ask us to look at homes they are considering purchasing to see what changes may cost and what design changes are possible. People decide to buy or not on our recommendations.

Our Fees are surprisingly affordable. All costs are discussed up front and usually during our first meeting.

We believe it’s important to have a sense of what things cost even before the design process starts.

We always have a good idea of what construction costs are going to be.

The preliminary budget is established after answering a few general questions as to the size, style, finish level, landscaping and other key components.

Our pricing policy is open book. All costs are shared with you and potential unforeseen costs are identified in the beginning. Subcontractors and our company are held accountable to staying within the prices originally contracted.
